The SELF Challenge says I should eat 50% fruits and veggies.. but I hate veggies. I only eat corn. Will I still be able to lose weight if I just eat the meat, grains, and fruit?
I don't like the well water at the house, so I usually drink Propel instead, but it's really getting expensive. What are some other alternatievs, besides KoolAid?
I also look online for easy to make meals that will help you lose weight, but like I said, I won't eat veggies or peppers.. so I'm not sure they will work. Does anyone make dinner for picky eaters like me?
