How can I eat healthy/loose weight when I live a block away from fastfood

places!! I neeed encouragement!? Im 5 ft 6 in. and weighed 185 lbs after giving birth in Jan.Well the last time I checked last month,thats how much I weighed.My body looks terrible! I cry looking at my old pics LOL.What can I do to loose weight safely and in a realistic way? How long will it take?I ordered a few magazines,including SHAPE, so looking at the sexy ladies and trendy clothes will inspire me to loose weight Lol.

Walk Fast Past The Fast Food Place.
Do you achieve any thing by crying over your Old Pics?
Instead of Looking at the Sexy Ladies and Trendy Clothes Keep Looking at your Present Pics. They will light a fire in you and achieving
your goal will become easier.
Eat 500 Calories less than what you are eating at present and Burn another 500 Calories by any aerobic actvity. Have a Healthy Balanced diet. Have a good 8 hrs sleep.
You can expect to reach your Average Healthy weight of 130 Lbs in about 10 Months. Trying to loose weight faster would be Unhealthy

i have trouble but im 5 ft and i weigh 96 (i weighed myself yesterday)
I have a stomach though and the only way to get rid of that is running, jogging, swimming, etc.
I cant help much because theres a Burger King RIGHT at the end of my street!

Umm well sorry! I just workout like everyday until im really tired...

First of all. I have all Ideas that your house is full of unhealthy processed foods, am I right?

One thing is..you dont want your baby to grow up as a fast food junkie do you? so you have to set an example for when she is older and sees you eating healthy foods.

Its not so much restriction..as it is change

When you want a snack..have an apple and ONE tablesppon of penut buter or a banana, or a hand ful of grapes,an orange,yogurt,celery,carrots,brocolli,

you can have things like eggs,lean ham,lean chicken,whole grain cheerios


do some reaserch on healthy foods. :D
 
Quit eating them. Then after you try to again they will make you sick to the stomach.
