I'd love to eat healthy... but the 10 for 10 crap is so much cheaper...
i do try to get a ton of oranges and bananas in... is that enough?

help?

Salads are great for you, especially with a low calorie dressing. Drink water. That's free and very healthy. Vitamins are good for you. It's hard eating healthy, but fresh fruits and veggies are super good for you. Anything that is fresh is good. Try buying a recipe book that is about eating healthy on a budget. Trust me, they are all over the book stores. You're not the only one! Good luck!

Eat only vegetables or veggies and more fruits oranges, bananas, melon, guavas and different types of fruits but in moderation like maybe just one slice of pineapple a day or one apples.
Drink more water and sleep well at night.
Have a good bowel movement by eating more spinach or green leafy vegetables.
Eat salad - cucumber, beetroot, raw onion, tomato, carrot, raddish.
Eat at regular intervals and make them your routine and avoid artificial sugar or refined flour as much as possible including alcohol and meat.
Hope this helped.
