How can I figure out what box style my truck is?

I'm trying to find a replacement tailgate for my 2004 Ford F-150 Lariat since my previous one was stolen; As I'm searching this website for one, it asks me what "box" style my truck is - either Heritage or New Style, then either Styleside or Flareside. I've been on google for about half an hour now and I can't figure out which options to choose. I also can't find my manual to aid in my search so I'm pretty lost! I'm not sure if someone can help or not. Thanks for any opinions/answers!

It wouldn't be in the manual anyway. The manual covers ALL styles. There SHOULD be a decal somewhere on the door frame or under the hood that has codes for all the options that were on the vehicle when it left the factory. If you can't find it, or can't find what the codes mean, any dealer should be able to LOOK at the truck and answer your question. If you can link to a photo of the truck, someone that can answer may see the photo.
