How can i file a complaint about cartoon network?

im quite disappointed in the channel cartoon network. they have been playing things that are far too inappropriate for the kids that are bound to be watching it. my 8 year old was watching it today and i walk in and a "trojan fire and ice condom" commercial was playing. and if youve seen those commercials you know how adult they can be. also, some of the shows are just way too raunchy and inappropriate and out there for the young kids to be watching. where can ifile a complaint? do i do it through the network? or cartoon network itself? please help.
 
Yeah I know how you feel D: I'm waaay far from being a parent, but CNN these days are kinda over doing it with all the adult content... But you can try here:
