It was working just fine yesterday afternoon, although i did drop it quite a few times. but by the end of the night, i picked up my phone, turned it on and accidentally hit the ipod button and then it wouldnt let me go back to the home screen. the ipod would work and everything but it wouldnt let me go back. so i tried to shut it off, but it wouldnt let me. it wouldnt ever charge in its dock. so i just let it sit for a little while and later i tried to shut it off again but that time the screen went white. but i can still slide to unlock it and her the unlocking noise..but the screen is still blank and white. then i tried to restore it to its factory settings but itunes said that i had an error on my phone that wouldnt allow me to restore it.
