Im trying to gain weight. (muscle preferably)Im 17 and have a really fast metabolism. I eat as much as i can through out the day, i eat right before i go to bad, I've takin protein.
After all my efforts I find it really hard to notice a change in my weight or shape. Still a skinny white boy lol
