My Phone broke, how do i get a new one for a low cost? I have an android phone. i should say "had" the call quality began to decrease and then one day i take it out of my bag and the screen is cracked(Moto cliq). I bought the phone from my friend so the insurance that i do have is on my old phone (Samsung highlight). Now i dont have much money (and i know my dad wont pay for another one) and i was wondering how can i get a new phone from tmobile. Also when i renewed my contract back in December of '09 my dad never got the new phone that came with the contract. Is there a possibilty that i can get that phone that her never got or get the discount to buy a new phone?

Your screwed. You never told T-Mobile what happened to your old phone so they think you still have it. Actually I'll correct myself, they know your using that Cliq because of the IDN number on the phone.
As for a decent phone, check Craigslist. Because all phones in retailers are cost +$400.00.

Buy a screen on ebay and repair it
I got a ZI8 with a busted screen and a failed donor on ebay for a screen
Or lie to t-mobile and say it's lost/stolen and ask if it can be replaced
