I'll give you some background:
I'm in a family plan, and my phone isn't the primary line.
I was thinking of getting a Samsung Captivate off of Amazon wireless.
My 2 year contract is going to be up in a couple weeks.
If I upgrade my phone, it costs $150
if I add a new line to the family account, it costs $100
I was wondering, is it worth adding a new line to my account, so the phone costs $100, and cancelling my old line, since the contract expired?
I think I would only do that if I could make my new line the same number as my old one.
Thoughts?
Or any other strange loopholes I can use to get a cheap smartphone?
