I'm 5,8 and I weigh 140 pounds. I'm 5% body fat. i can run 3 miles straight before gassing. And I've been running track all my life (sprinter) And I also run 1 mile everyday. I have been wrestling for 6 years, and I have been training MMA for 2 years. I ask my coach's and they tell me to keep running more, and I always tell them its not helping me. I lift weights 2 times a day. And I go to a strength and conditioning class. It seems that after 1 period in wrestling I'm almost completly gassed. I'm gonna be one of the 3 freshman wrestlers in my weight class, and I don't wanna lose to them because I can't go more then 1 round!!!
