How can I get into a premiership rugby team in the future?

I am playing in the U13 category in Middlesex and i was just wandering how could i end up playing for a team like Wasps or Harlequins.
Me and my friend play rugby in the u13 catergory in Middlesex and Surrey and I was just wandering how can we end up playing for a team like Wasps an Harlequins in the future.
 
practise alot!.........and go to the gym or something and build up your muscles !!!!!
