I'm trying to loose weight but more then that i want to be healthy. I haven't worked out for a long time and i figure why not start now. I have a treadmill, and some turbo jam video's but I don't have money for a gym membership right now and there's to much snow to go outside. Can i use what i have and food wise what are some good affordable choices? Also i just have a lack of energy due to depression and medications i take what can help me?
