How can i get Music to come out of my Speakers and not my Mic?

Well im talking to my Clan on Ventrilo which is a program used for Teamspeak. And i hear everything through my mic. Music,Voice, and the Game im playing.

How can i make it so that i hear the music and Game through Speakers only and the Voice through The mic ONLY.

Please i really need help with this.
I want to still Hear my Clan Talking through the Mic Earpiece but i want music and the Game sounds to come out through the Speakers and not my Ear piece.
 
unplug the headphones jack out of your computer, but keep the mic one in.
 
plug the microphone into the microphone jack, not the headphones jack or the speaker jack.
