Violet is our 13 year old spayed kitty that we have had since she was 5 weeks old. We have moved 6 or 7 times in her 13 years, and each time we move she has peed on one of our beds for 2 or three weeks, and then starts using the litter box again.
Well, we moved in October, and she is still peeing on my daughters bed several times a week, sometimes several days in a row.
We took her to the vet and he said he is sure it is psychological, as she is very healthy.
We have a dog (since April of last year, no peeing when the puppy came) so when the dog is out in the evenings, we keep Violet in my daughters room and the door shut, because the dog loves to eat out of the litter box. So, during the day the dog is kenneled and Violet has the run of the house, and in the evening while the dog is loose she is closed in the room with her box.
At night when we sleep the dog is kenneled again and Violet has the run of the house. Usually when she pees on my daughters bed it is in the early morning hours- while my daughter is actually IN the bed.
My daughter had some clothes piled in a chair in her room, and Violet even peed on them.
We have gotten her a second litter box, moved them to different places in the room. Covered the mattress in vinyl and left it bare- she peed right on the plastic and left little holes in it where her nails pricked it when she tried to bury it.

Any ideas would be helpful. My fiance is having a fit, and even though my daughter (who is 14) and Violet have grown up together, even she has had enough. What do I do????

You need to house train it, just like a dog.

Normally if they pee on stuff, it is the smell on the sheets/clothes/floor whatever.

Try using some stain remover and wash things in a different washing powder/liquid
