We just got a new computer and we've got windows XP, not vista. When i plugged in my Fuze it said that there's new hardware but it didn't recognize it we may have problems. On our old computer it worked on Windows Media player, so i redownloaded that but it won't come up or anything. It's also not showing up in "my computer".
