I lent my friend a movie almost 5 months ago. I figured that it was a great movie, and I'd like her to see it. Now, I'd be able to understand if she was busy all the time, but she's not. We're both in high school, and I'M the one who's taking a crapload of high-level classes. Yet I'm still able to find the time to watch movies. She does have a job, but that doesn't take up all of her time. She has even admitted to me that it's just laziness that's keeping her from watching it.
But seriously now. 5 months? That's kind of ridiculous, and I'm almost getting a bit mad over it. All it takes is an hour and a half, and it's not like it takes an extraordinary amount of effort.
I bug her plenty about watching it, and she never does.
It was a few months before I really started pressuring her to watch it. Purely for that reason- it had been a few months. I've brought it up to her before, asked her "Did you lose it?" or "Do you just not want to watch it?"; to both of which she answered no, and she just hasn't gotten around to it yet. Also, how am I honestly supposed to ask for it back, without causing problems?
