how can i get my ie7 back?

ok, so my stupid brother was messing with our computer and tried to download ie8. i don't know what he did wrong but now when we try to use it ie just freezes up and doesn't work. so him being stupid decided deleting ie would make it better. not! i tried restoring it from the recycle bin but it did no good. it's the same thing from before, freezing. any help?

oh and i also wanted to ask if it has anything to do with the fact that it's a different account other than the administrator. do i need to restore it from that account?

You should download and install firefox - much better performance, more secure, less likely to crash, better internet experience.

Anyways, try reinstalling IE7.
