...Service Fix bad ESN? I have had SO Much bad luck this week with E-bay Phones and getting them activated on Cricket. Iam trying to get at least one of my phones to Work! What is the easiest fix? Here is what I have experienced this week:
1. Nokia 1606 Flip Originally a cricket phone(ebay). Called to activate Cricket says it is unable to activate due to a bad ESN. Was this phone stolen or reported lost? Can I fix this somehow ??? Give them a fake ESN or what can I do?
2. SANYO Katana II Flashed from Sprint, tried to activate ESN came up good, but phone never worked. It kept searching for signal and *228 didnt work also tried programming another way and kept searching for signal.
3. LG AX4270 was an Alltell Deactivated phone found a site on how to program this. But I called cricket the other day and asked if I could somehow activate this on their network, and they said no becuase it doesnt have an ESN.
What the heck are these ESNs?? Some phones have them some do not. Seems they must be valid to work.
Iam going crazy wasting money on these phones people say they are ready for cricket service but they dont work. There must be a way for at leat one of these to work.
