How can I get my way with Telus Mobility?

They are screwing me over! They neglected to tell me I was close to my warranty expiry date and now that they have ordered me a swap Blackberry Pearl they want me to pay $125 for it! I am 4 days over my warranty ending. I called Blackberry and they told me it's up to Telus whether or not I get my phone for free. How can I do it?!
 
just say ive been with you for however long but i am not happy about this situation and i am really thinking about switching services...
they will do anything to keep you as a client
 
The "I'm gonna leave" threat carries no weight if your in a contract. Just explain your dissatisfaction and see what they are willing to offer. Keep in mind that they really don't have to do anything.
