If there is ever a "crazy button", or something I do to make my wife angry at me, it is laugh at her. I am not a cruel husband, but find her saying things that make me chuckle...like...today while at work(i went there to paint), the roof was leaking water into the building and a staff member mentioned it to me (I am a maintenance man). When my wife saw this, she asked if I was going to paint for a while...In my head, Im thinking how absurd that is, as WATER IS RUNNING into this small building. Well, she looked at me and said,"Dont laugh at me." in a stern voice. I didnt mean to get her upset, it just seemed illogical to me...my question here is : How do I get her to be able to deal with this better? She is the older of 2 children. She takes it very personally when this happens...what can I do to help her take it better and see that its OK to laugh at ourselves once in a while?
