actually it's not me. My parents have signed a three year term with telus and now they hate the service. my dad wants to end the term only 2 months into the 3 year term. how can he do that?
my Dad seems to think they just calling up telling them that, "your service is crap! I don't want it anymore! and you keep having technical failures all the time therefore you aren't providing service at time and that alone is good enough to allow me to end the term!" can he do this?
