How can I get stuck cds out of my car stereo?

I have a 2004 Nissan Maxima. New and old cds were skipping. So, ejected the cds and loaded the cds back. I ejected again but, wouldn't come out. It just changes cds inside the stereo but, does't eject.
 
Praying works. That happened to me and it took months till one day it just came out like nothing was wrong. i was so baffled that i just stared at it and the cd player automatically pulled it back in and it got stuck again!!! :(
