How can I get visitations with my divorced dad?

I am a 15 year old boy living in Massachusetts and I cannot see my dad because of a "no contact order" put in place by the court. This means that I can call him but he cannot call me or have any contact with me. We cannot see each other even if I initiate it. How can I get at least visitations with him?

For some reason the no contact order was placed for your protection. There are reasons adults have the right to decide things like that. Maybe you aren't aware of all the particulars to keep you out of it. I know it is rough and you do not understand. I would ask your Mom why and see if there could be supervised visitation. Sorry not much help. Good luck.
