I am always up for most of my awake schedule. Rapidly, I feel tired and just pass out at the last minute. I get so tired even when i wake up after and just take naps in between. When I want to go to sleep, I lay in my bed, lights off, eyes closed for 40 minutes before i fall alseep.(I feel desperate). And then i wake up a half an hour later. I dont usually go to sleep as much as i want, what can i do to solve this.
