My students found him inside the school yesterday, and when I came in this morning he was belly-up. He's moving a little more now, but he can't seem to move very well. I put him a cage with a heating pad and a hide-box, and tried to put him in the water a little bit. Please help, I don't want to see him die.

The snake probably needs to be warmed up. It is also probably dehydrated, if it has been in a building for any length of time.
Set the snake in a bowl of shallow water, my guess is that it will drink heavily.
Once it is rehydrated and warm, you should feed it, if you intend to keep it. If not, release it outside.
