How can I hold in poop until after the bell rings?

I have IBS which gives me a pretty irregular digestive system. Most of my teachers do not allow bathroom breaks without giving a tardy (5 tardies in a quarter will get you a day of ISS). Is there any way to get myself to hold it in until the bell rings and I cam go to a bathroom? Usually these poops come with gas and if I start fartig a bit I know it's coming. It can be difficult to hold and I can't release the gas without almost soiling myself, and in high school, that can be a life killer. Most of this isn't directly related o my IBS though, but it can be.My teachers tell me to go before class but I can't, it's completely random. Any help would be necessary. I already have dietary guidelines in place for my condition.
