how can i host teamspeak from my computer to people over the internet?

i have just installed it and it seems to be working fine, problem is, it will only let me host on internal IP addresses, such as 192.168.0.1 and my hamachi address. is there anyway to change it so people can join over the internet instead rather than just internally, as that's no good for me.
