How can I introduce myself to her?

So there's this new girl at my school. Myself and a bunch of others friended her on fb b4 she came and now its 2 weeks in and I havent talked to her yet. I chatted with her on fb for a bit too b4. What can I say to break the ice? She's in a couple of my classes. Should I just hold the door and then introduce myself?
 
Id ask her about some of the work in class. Say you dont understand one bit and see what she says maybe?
 
If you sit by her talk to her, ask her questions about the assignment. Just anything that wont make you seem creepy.
