I want to stop underaged drinking age I know a perfect way.By separating 18-20 year olds from 21 year olds byy having College for 18-20 and college for 21 and over cause that way an 18 year old cannot get in touch with a 21 year old.A 21 year old is not much older than an 18 year old and I have seen 18 year olds get alcohol from 21 year olds and they dont discourage underage drinking so I will by enforcing HARDER laws like serious consequences for underaged drinking like for murder.How do I join them to help stop it since I have a 19 year old who drink and nobody at her college tells her to stop it.
