I have naturally really dark hair but i recently dyed it bright red...and its cut realy short. Only thing is, even though I have pale skin, it still doesnt suit my hair colour and my eyebrows are dark...how can I make myself look like a tru redhead? or just naturally really fair? I know my hair colour will never look natural cause its bright red but i want it to look good with my skin and features...what can i do with make-up?
and also I have green eyes...what kind of eyeshadows and stuff should I use to make them look bright and sparkly?
