I am not a big person or anything, but i have some excess fat on my chest, and it is pretty noticeable, like man boobs. Is there any type of exercise that i can do to tone down this area, or should i just stick to running a few times a week.
i have the same problem, i wouldnt call myself fat but i just dont feel comfortable walking around with my shirt off because of the flabby stomach and man boobs...someone told me that 20 minites a day on the tredmill with an incline of 10 and speed of 3.5 is a good fat burner so i just started doing that about 5 days a week
