I have my army fitness test in just over a month and I need to lose 20lbs. I'm in good shape, just not at the right weight. I'm okay with the dieting, but does anyone have any suggestions with like, supplements or workouts?
Drink plenty of water. And eat all of the food category's recommended amounts from a food guide ( ex: eat 5-7 servings of fruit and vegetables). And exercise 5 days a week so you can allow your body to rest on the two days. Do strength training and cardio for at least 30 minutes a day. I hope you pass your army test? Good luck!
