how can i make a good martial arts schedule?

NO i am not going to a fight in school NO i am not trying to be some kung fu master.NO am not a failing student i maintain a 3.0 grade almost every quarter.Everyone says i should go to a martial arts school WELL i do except for the fact i could only go once a week since my mother is at work trying to make a living for us.i am constantly ridiculed at school for my tiny size.all im trying to do is what anyone else would DO.im tired of u guys always chain reacting when ever someone esle post a stupid ass comment like mine it chain reacts and uncreative people suddenly decide to copy that guy.i just wanna GET in shape and teach myself martial arts(ALONG WITH THE CRAp of learned in my donjang and my studies LISTEN I DONT HAVE VERY good writing and talking skills.all i want is help with how i can make my own martial arts routines schedule.sure i come off as a punk little kid who knows nothing about martial arts but your wrong i do ive studied martial arts.and i know one of u guys are gonna post something stupid that completly waste my time and yours.just give me long detailed answer on how i can make schedule
to saty fit,increase my balance,leg conditioning,speed,reflexes,power.you guys are probably gonna say"if u know so much about martial arts than make your own damn stuff"NO that is why i went on here for help.YES i should be going on the martial arts section for help. thank u
