I was at the beach, and i found an iphone 4, and i took it with me just in case and i kept it on if someone tried to contact to get it back. It's been a week and no one has tried to contact it. It also has a passcode so i cant go into the contacts or anything and try to reach the owner? It's been a week already since i found it and im on my way back home to Pennsylvania from ocean city. I know this is bad but im thinking about keeping the phone and giving it to my sister, though im worried that they still might track it down later and she'll get in trouble.
