how can I make my robo hamster cage more interesting?

Right now I have a 10 gallon tank, only one level, with about 3 inches of bedding at the bottom. I'd really like to add some sort of other level to the cage. does anyone have any ideas?

maybe some easy TOY ideas for them too, I already got them some paper towel rolls.

I guess I just feel kinda bad because they can't climb anything.

lolly ice sticks! Hammies love 'em!
set them up accros the cage like stepping stones and then put food in between them, mine loved this, me and my friend did it at a sleepover and we had a look the next day and the food was gone and the lolly ice sticks were all chewed!
Also, they like it if they you take the top of the cage , put it on the floor and use it as a kinda hamster run! Put it on top of a piece of news paper or a bin bag and put bits of apple and bananna and its fave food around it in like a horse-shoe shape and wach it nibble each piece one by one, you can make all different shapes around the cage and it will be SO funny to see ( I have done it with mine) They love playing this game and it is ideal for when you are cleaning it out, you can also leave them in it for a few hours for a bit of a change if it looks bored of just being in its cage all day!
