how can i make sure my relationship runs smoothly after a rumor?

there was a rumor at school that me and my boyfriend were having sex, and it got back to my dad through a teacher. i explained to my dad that it wasn't true and he believes me. but how do i make sure that me and my boyfriend make ourselves seem like the virgins we are, and still be amazingly attracted to eachother?

People like to start rumors to be mean, or to hurt some one. If you act like it bothers you, it just makes things worse and makes it look true. Just as long as your father knows it's not true, you're fine. Just keep the lovey-dovey stuff on the low key until the rumor dies down.
