How can I multiply my dogs in Petz Dogz Family PSP without adopting?

I just had a download of the Petz Dogz Family on my PSP and in my game, I already grew my two puppy chihuahuas to adults and they seem to like each other already. How can they have puppies? Please tell me how. Thank you.
