How can I not be so bummed out when I come home from vacation?

I love going on vacation, but I ALWAYS get so sad when I have to go back home. For example, I am on vacation in California right now. I have been staying with one of my good friends. I have had so much fun out here. Tomorrow I have to go back home to Chicago. I always get so depressed when I have to go home. I have had such a great time out here & I know that I will see my friends in 6 months or so, but I can't shake this mopey mood!!!!!!!! How can I get out of this funk?
