How can I Open This Torrent?

This torrent is the sims 2 all expansion packs involved, downloaded from the pirate bay.org. its been running for over 16 hours and is seeding. can I open it from there? or how can I speed up the seeding? All the info is below...
It says that there is 11w remaining,

I it says 11 weeks remaining (11w) then probably didn't finish downloading. If it did you just double click on it or right click on it and then click on 'Open containing folder'
