How can I pee clean of nicotine in 3 days.?

There was a period between monday and yesterday where I didn't smoke at all. But yesterday over the course of the entire day till 11pm, I went on a binge and smoked a whole pack of American Spirit Lights(yellow pack.) then stopped at 9:30 this morning. Well later in the afternoon my mom shows up and now she is suspicious that I'm smoking. today is saturday and I have to do a piss test on tuesday fal the test she is going to cancel my student loans and basically leave me destitute. is it possible to piss clean in 3 days despite my binge the night before? Does the fact that I'm smoking American Spirit Lights help? they have a lower does of nicotine then most cigarettes (approximatly 0.6mg per cig)
