I have downloaded a few videos but none of them work. They say:
'Codec error use windows media player.'
'Aborting video redirecting to microsoft codec page"
Then my internet browser opens and asks me to take a survey.
But then it says "sorry! no surveys available come back later.'
Please help me!! What do i do?????
