I am purchasing the Zen..it hasn't arrived yet. I know it comes with a video converter software or something like that. I just wanted to know if that is the best option for me or should I get something else?...Also most of my music is in mp3 format..How do I upload those in my Zen? Using WMP 11..? Is that possible? I'm sorry but I know crap about mp3 players...Never owned one before. Thanks
