I have a 'SOS Emergency' function that dials emergency services and I'm pretty much paranoid that it will. Also the B3410 constantly pocket dials and text random people which I find VERY annoying.

If you have a pin lock on your phone and when you turn it on, the screen will ask you to input your phone lock and at the bottom of the screen you will have a done button and an SOS button which if pressed will give you option to dial the emergency services but being a touch screen phone I can not count the number of times that once in my pocket it has done this.... etc.
