How can I put an mp3 from Audacity to Itunes?

I made a mix on Audacity. now i want to put it on Itunes. I already downloaded lame and exported it to an mp3. Thanks! Help!!!
 
You need to find where you saved the file at from Audacity. You should be able to do this by opening up Audacity and looking at which files it has listed as recently opened on the program. Then when you find what folder you saved the file in on your computer, you can open that folder and drag the song from there to your iTunes Music Library.
