How can I remove the smell of cigarette smoke from the interior of my car?

I do not smoke but allowed someone else to smoke in my car-----and the smell lingers.
I can NOT spray the inside of the car or plug in anything with a perfume smell because of asthma.

Yes, I know I did a Dumb thing letting someone smoke in my car. I learned my lesson.
