I just bought my phone about 3 weeks ago so I'm pretty upset its already broken. It fell on the rug in my house and I didn't know it was broken until I tried looking at my messages. The touch screen wont work. Everything still shows up and I can use the side buttons but when I touch the screen nothing happens. Would I be able to call Samsung since I have a one year warranty on the phone?
