How can i route a USB 3G internet modem to WiFi?

What i have:
Asus laptop with built in wifi card
Nokia E51 phone
A Option Icon 225 3G modem

I have internet on my laptop from the 3G modem.

What i would like:
To route the internet from the 3G modem to the wifi card so i can connect with my Nokia E51.

How can i do this in Windows XP? Please 3rd party software that can do this as well, if any.
