How can I send files via bluetooth(The phone is HTC touch viva)?!?

Hi,

I want to send a file from my phone to another; but when I go to Program files and then the file that I want to be sent, there is no option named "via bluetooth" in option "Send..." it only has SMS/MMS & E-mail!

If you know how I can send files, please help me! I adore it!
