How can I set a walpaper for my PS3?

I go to settings, and under theme settings I select background and it gives me 2 options: Original or Wallpaper. I select wallpaper and it says "no wallpaper set. Go to [photo], open an image, and select [set as wallpaper] from control panel to save image." Problem is, when I go to photo there is no option to set it as a wallpaper. How can this be done?

Whenever you are viewing a Photo, press Triangle and then find the icon that says "Set As Wallpaper" and press X to confirm it and that's it.

If you have a internet connection you can browse on google for a picture that you like then you open up the little internet menu and you press save image. Then you exit out of the internet and go to the picture on your pictures and open it up...... well you know what BLAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
