How can I set Halo sounds as my ringtone or text notification?

Specifically I would like to get the Invisibility sound for a text message. And if it's possible, it would also be cool to get the Overshield charging sound for when the phone is charging. But I sort of doubt that's possible as I've never heard of that being customizable before.

Do you know any sites or apps or things I could download to make that work on my iPhone 4S?
